OFFICIAL RAFFLE RULES & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This raffle is sponsored and administered by Gold Standard Fundraising LLC ("Sponsor") on behalf of the charitable organization identified on the applicable raffle page at mendyslegacyfund.org.

Participation in the raffle constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Void where prohibited by applicable law.
• Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.

Each raffle begins and ends on the dates and times published on the applicable raffle page.

Paid entries and mail-in entries must be received before the published deadline.

Option 1 – Online Entry

Participants may obtain raffle entries by making a donation through the official raffle page.

The number of entries received is determined by the donation level selected.

Option 2 – FREE Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a donation, hand print the following on a 3" × 5" card:

• Full Name
• Street Address
• City, State & ZIP Code
• Telephone Number
• Email Address
• Name of the Raffle

Mail the completed card in a standard envelope with first-class postage to:

Mail-In Rules

• One (1) handwritten entry card per envelope.
• One (1) valid mail-in request receives one (1) raffle entry at the lowest-priced entry level offered for that raffle.
• Mail-in entries must be handwritten.
• Photocopies, mechanically reproduced entries, automated entries, and bulk mailings are void.
• Entries must be postmarked no later than the published deadline and received before the drawing.

Mail-in entries and paid entries have an equal chance of winning.

Each raffle page identifies:

• Prize description
• Approximate retail value
• Cash alternative (if offered)
• Drawing date

If the advertised prize becomes unavailable through circumstances beyond the Sponsor's control, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value or provide the advertised cash alternative.

The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received before the published deadline.

The drawing will occur on the advertised drawing date or as soon thereafter as reasonably practical.

All drawing decisions made by the Sponsor are final.

The winner will be contacted using the information provided during entry.

If the selected winner:

• cannot be contacted;
• fails to respond within fourteen (14) days;
• is found ineligible; or
• declines the prize,

the Sponsor reserves the right to conduct another random drawing.

The Sponsor will arrange shipment or pickup of the prize.

Any applicable taxes, registration fees, customs duties, insurance, or governmental charges associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.

The odds of winning depend solely upon the total number of eligible entries received.

All donations are final.

If the raffle is canceled before a winner is selected due to legal requirements, technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor will determine an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel any raffle because of:

• Fraud or attempted fraud
• Technical failures
• Payment processor interruptions
• Website outages
• Natural disasters or force majeure
• Governmental action
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Any circumstance beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Gold Standard Fundraising LLC, the participating charitable organization, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, Stripe, payment processors, and affiliated companies from any claims arising out of participation in the raffle or acceptance or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

Information collected from entrants will be used solely to:

• Administer the raffle
• Process donations
• Contact winners
• Comply with legal requirements
• Communicate regarding the raffle

Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

If there is any inconsistency between these Official Rules and a specific raffle page, the raffle page controls with respect to the prize, drawing date, and entry levels for that raffle.
